Can he put thoughts in your character's subconscious via a dream? i.e. Tell them to go to a certain place while they sleep with them waking up only remembering an urge to go there right away. SURE 5. Can he give them a nightmare? WHY NOT

What are some typical surface thoughts and emotions he'd find? depends, but if there's nothing serious going on/being discussed he's generally thoughtless, lazy, and confident (though that can tip really easily into insecurity). 3. Can he dig deeper, reading their memories and subconscious? SURE 4. Can he manipulate and/or change your character's thoughts? depends on how, but probably 5. He has an ability called the glamour, which cloaks him in an illusion that makes him look normal. Would your character be fooled by this? yep.
